Third-Party Funds (DPK) are one of the key indicators in assessing the sustainability and growth of the banking sector. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the collection of DPK at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) (Persero) Tbk, Magelang Branch, focusing on interest rates, digital banking services, and customer loyalty. The research employs a quantitative approach. Data are obtained from bank financial reports, and interviews with relevant parties. The results indicate that interest rates significantly influence the increase in DPK, where higher deposit interest rates contribute to a greater amount of funds collected. Digital banking services also play a role in increasing customer interest in depositing funds, particularly by providing ease of access and transaction efficiency. Customer loyalty is proven to strengthen DPK collection, as customers with high trust in the bank tend to maintain and increase their deposits.
