Abstract

Globalization is a challenge for every company that wants to enter the global market. This is due to the demands for companies to implement global marketing strategies, which will ultimately affect their competitive advantage in the local market, which is the market where the company's products are sold. In relation to globalization, the problem that arises is that many companies in Indonesia are not ready to face competition in the global market. As a result, Indonesia is only a target market for foreign companies. Social media has become very important in global marketing strategies in today's era. With the existence of social media, it is not only a promotional tool, but also a means of digital transformation of global business.
