Publication Ethics
The goal of the Journal of Microleading Tech is to spread knowledge that guides practice in both higher education and grades PK–12. Our goal is to accelerate the integration of theory, practice, and research in education. Manuscripts that inform the education of PreK-12 kids, pre-service and in-service teachers, and other professionals in the field are welcome from researchers, academics, educators, and advanced PhD students. Publications pertaining to PreK–12 education and those that emphasize fairness, diversity, inclusion, and access are given priority in the journal. A discussion of the implications for practice must be included in every publication accepted for review, in accordance with the journal's goal.
Different Manuscript Types
Original research reports and theoretical explanations will be the two categories of articles that are taken into consideration. Please be aware that unsolicited book reviews are no longer accepted by the journal.
Original research reports ought to contain the following information:
An abstract should be no more than 100 words and provide a concise synopsis of the study's objectives, methodology, findings, and implications.
Brief but pertinent background information on the current study is included in the introduction, along with a clear statement of purpose, a review of pertinent literature, an explanation of the study's contribution to the body of research, and research goals or questions;
Methods: providing particular information about the techniques used, such as information on participants, measurement, sampling or recruiting, data gathering, and analysis;
Findings (qualitative) or Results (quantitative): summarizing the key findings (data and analyses) in connection to the objectives or study questions, citing tables or figures as needed; and
Key findings pertaining to the stated research questions or objectives; significant ramifications in light of the body of current literature; study limitations; and practical consequences are all articulated in the discussion.
Conceptual or theoretical work is the main emphasis of theory explanations. Included in manuscripts should be:
a thorough justification based on the literature; a historical background; a critical examination of the implications for practice in the larger area of education; and a clear explanation of a theoretical perspective that guides practice.
Thorough reviews of the literature are encouraged. Although it's not necessary, authors may want to use the same format as previously mentioned in Reports of Original Research for Explanations of Theory.
Submission of the Manuscript
The manuscript should be an original work that hasn't been printed or published online before.
A 100-word unstructured abstract should be included at the beginning of the content, which should be double spaced and in a 12-point Times New Roman font.
Reports of original research and explanations of theory are limited to about 25 pages; papers reporting on qualitative research may be allowed up to 30 pages.
An 8 ½ x 11-inch sheet should include a one-inch margin on all sides.
According to the Concise Rules of APA Style, Seventh Edition (2019), the work should adhere to the American Psychological Association's style guidelines.
At the conclusion of the book, there may be a fair number of understandable tables and figures.
The name, role, and institutional affiliation of the author or authors should only be mentioned on a separate cover page that will be deleted prior to the manuscript being delivered to the reviewers in accordance with the anonymous review policy. The related author's name, email address, mailing address, and phone number should all be listed on that cover page. In the citations and references, references to the author(s)' earlier work should be identified as such. The cover page should conclude with an acknowledgment of funding sources and collaborating academics or professionals.
