Using a qualitative conceptual approach through a systematic literature review, the research aims to analyze employees’ work experiences, assess engagement levels, and evaluate well-being across physical, mental, emotional, and social dimensions. Findings indicate a shift toward remote and hybrid work models, where about 83% of employees prefer this flexible arrangement. Nevertheless, the transition also brings challenges, including increased workload, heightened mental pressure, and declining well-being. The study identifies key factors influencing these three areas: adaptive leadership (e-leadership), organizational support (Perceived Organizational Support/POS), and the importance of digital transformation supported by employee training. Using a qualitative <br />approach and Stuart Hall's cultural representation theory, primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews, <br />participant observation, and documentation. The results show that the establishment of Batik Jati Lestari as the <br />official uniform of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) since 2023 has increased demand for local batik and revitalized <br />the batik MSME sector impacted by the pandemic. There is a need to increase socialization and education <br />regarding the philosophical meaning of motifs so that the process of cultural representation runs effectively and the <br />meaning of batik can be internalized by the wider community. Corruption remains a serious problem that negatively affects not only national economic performance, but also public trust in both governmental and private institutions. Since the post-1998 reform era, anti-corruption efforts have shifted from law enforcement–centered approaches toward building integrity through institutional reform and strengthening organizational culture. Using a literature review approach with qualitative document analysis, the research integrates institutional theory and organizational culture theory (Schein) to organize findings related to regulations, organizational values, and changes in internal behavior. The study finds that the effectiveness of anti-corruption policies is strongly shaped by institutional reform, ethical leadership, the implementation of integrity programs (e.g., Integrity Zone), and the sustainability of cultural transformation. Evaluation through indicators such as SPI, IPAK, and IPK suggests improvements in some areas, yet significant gaps still remain. Interventions were carried out by mapping the as-is process, measuring service time, identifying waste, designing the to-be process (simplifying steps, standardizing forms, communication channels, and scheduling services), developing SOPs and document templates, and conducting implementation trials. This article examines the implementation of diversity management, inclusion, and structural equity in industrial workplaces using a literature review, policy comparisons, and case analysis. The study aims to understand the foundational concepts of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), evaluate the impact of DEI programs on company performance and competitiveness, and identify obstacles and best solutions for optimizing DEI—particularly structural fairness. The findings suggest that successful DEI implementation is driven by strong top management commitment, stakeholder involvement, inclusive training and development programs, and adaptive policies based on employees’ real needs (e.g., adjustments to personal protective equipment and working schedules). The research employed a quantitative correlational design. Data were collected through online questionnaire surveys, supported by semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions, with a total sample of 300 professional employees who had worked for at least one year in technology, finance, consulting, advertising, and startup sectors. Fair work practices were measured using the Organizational Justice Scale (Colquitt, 2001) covering four dimensions (distributive, procedural, interactional, and informational justice), while work-life balance was measured using the Work-Life Balance Scale (Fisher-McAuley et al., 2003). Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and mediation effects were tested using bootstrapping. The results indicate that fair work practices are implemented at a moderate-to-high level (mean = 4.25), whereas work-life balance remains at a moderate level (mean = 3.65). Fair work practices have a positive and significant effect on work-life balance (β = 0.48; p &lt; 0.001). Moreover, both fair work practices and work-life balance positively and significantly influence job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and performance. Work-life balance also significantly mediates the relationship between fair work practices and all organizational outcomes (mediation effects range from 0.173 to 0.197). The findings indicate that visionary and transformational leadership significantly improves employee acceptance through clear communication, the building of an innovation culture, intensive training, and effective change management. The research aims to (1) compare the effectiveness of focus versus diversification, (2) analyze their impacts on financial performance and risk management, and (3) explore how sustainability-oriented diversification can generate competitive advantage and support long-term growth. The study applies a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis using key financial performance indicators (e.g., ROA, ROE, revenue growth, diversification index, and debt ratio) with qualitative case studies. The findings indicate that focus strategy generally delivers better market performance, with an average shareholder return (rTSR) of 2.3% compared to 1.6% for more diversified firms. Nevertheless, diversification remains important for spreading risk and sustaining growth stability. ESG-based diversification further strengthens innovation, mitigates regulatory and reputational risks, and enables access to new markets that increasingly demand environmentally friendly products. The main goal of this design is to create a strong visual identity that builds brand recognition, attracts customers, and expands market reach. The design process involved data collection through interviews and direct observation, followed by analysis using Roland Barthes’ semiotic theory, which includes denotation, connotation, myth, and symbolic codes. The logo incorporates elements such as a pig’s head, fresh meat, a knife, a 24-hour clock symbol, and the brand name—all of which visually communicate the business’s values and uniqueness. The result shows that a strong visual identity serves not only as a recognizable symbol but also as a communication tool that effectively conveys the brand’s message to the public. Since supply chains may contribute up to 90% of a company’s emissions and indirect emissions (Scope 3) can be as much as 26 times higher than operational emissions, the study highlights key challenges including incomplete supplier emission data, variability in measurement methodologies, and adoption barriers for enabling technologies. It also analyzes the effectiveness of sustainable funding models—such as Sustainable Supply Chain Finance (SSCF), sustainability-linked loans (SLL), and green bonds—as well as internal incentive mechanisms cost-sharing (CS) and preferential financing (PF). The findings indicate that well-designed financial incentives can increase the likelihood that suppliers reduce emissions by up to 52%. The study further proposes the use of innovative technologies, including blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT), to improve the accuracy, transparency, and real-time verification of emissions data. The study aims to identify and describe existing practices, analyze implementation challenges (including operational, financial, regulatory, and consumer perception aspects), and review adaptive solutions and strategies that companies can adopt.</em> <em>Using a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review, the article finds that the transition to a circular economy is shaped by factors such as consumer awareness, production and operational costs, and policy support. The study highlights that digital transformation is not merely a technology investment, but a strategic necessity that requires alignment among business strategy, corporate governance practices, and human resource adaptability. Disruptive technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and Big Data can enhance transparency and operational efficiency as well as strengthen decision-making, but they also introduce new challenges, including cyber threats, difficulties in integrating legacy systems, data privacy and security issues, and evolving regulatory constraints.</em> <em>The research employs a literature review approach, thematic analysis, and case-study insights within Indonesian company contexts. The findings indicate that successful digital transformation is strongly influenced by the ability of governance to adapt, the presence of effective digital leadership, and the implementation of adaptive governance to anticipate and manage disruptive risks. The study also shows that transformation failures are often caused by legacy system issues, skill gaps in digital capabilities, inadequate budgeting and ROI risk management, cybersecurity threats, and weak internal communication. When designed correctly, a simple logo can easily grab attention and change the audience's view of the brand. Project.KITA Studio builds branding through logos that reflect the identity of an architectural and interior design studio. The simplicity of the logo strongly conveys the company's condition and differentiates it from other architectural design studios in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. Using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic trichotomy approach, the logo was redesigned to be effective and efficient through its simplicity. The qualitative method used included interviews and data observation. This research produced a logo that aligns with project.KITA studio's identity, vision, and mission: to be a studio that prioritizes cooperation and comfortable communication and has a minimalist, modern design style. The study aims to analyze the level of implementation, the impact of personalization, key factors affecting its effectiveness, the mechanism linking personalization to loyalty, and to develop an actionable framework tailored to the Indonesian context. Using a mixed-methods design with a sequential explanatory approach, the research includes a quantitative phase (survey of 500 respondents) and a qualitative phase (in-depth interviews, case studies, expert interviews, and focus group discussions). The findings indicate that digital content personalization significantly affects customer loyalty with a total effect of β</em> <em>=</em> <em>0.45</em><em>. </em><em>β=0.45, mediated by perceived relevance, customer satisfaction, and trust in brand. The results further highlight the importance of data quality, as well as the moderating roles of privacy concerns and customer involvement. In addition, real-time personalization and omnichannel integration are more effective than batch approaches. The study proposes the Indonesian E-commerce Personalization Framework (IEPF) structured around four pillars (Data Foundation, Technology Enablement, Content Strategy, and Measurement &amp; Optimization) and estimates an average ROI of 382%. Based on the phenomenon of increasing connectivity and digital participation among Indonesians, with internet penetration reaching 80.66%, this study highlights how changes in consumer behavior and technological advances are shifting the marketing paradigm from product-centric to human-centric. The method used is a qualitative-conceptual approach based on literature studies with content analysis of various recent scientific literature in the fields of digital marketing, consumer behavior, and information technology. The results show that digital marketing strategies now require the integration of artificial intelligence and human empathy through the five pillars of Marketing 5.0: data-driven, predictive, contextual, augmented, and agile marketing. The main challenges include information fatigue, data trust crisis, and digital literacy gap, while the greatest opportunities lie in the integration of online-offline strategies, storytelling based on human values, and consumer collaboration in brand value creation.
