Abstract

This study aims to determine the external and internal factors of the bank towards bad debts at PT. BPR Weleri Makmur Semarang. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out using several stages, namely primary data obtained by questionnaires and secondary data obtained through literature studies obtained from the company. The population in this study were bad credit customers at PT. BPR Weleri Makmur Semarang in 2023 - 2024, totaling 222 people and 15 respondents.
