Abstract

Digitalization currently requires an increase in digital literacy for village officials in an effort to enhance public services that are more effective and efficient. The purpose of this service program is to improve knowledge and skills of village officials. The service location is conducted in Lamolda Village, Lumar District, Bengkayang Regency, attended by 13 active participants. The focus of the implementation is on the utilization and use of the mail merge feature available in Microsoft Word and Canva. This program is carried out based on two sessions of digital literacy, including concept explanation, demonstration, and Q&A. The results of this service program show that participants are able to understand digital literacy material well and gain new understanding in mass letter preparation and designing documents such as certificates and invitations through the Canva application. It is hoped that this activity can support the improvement of administrative quality in public services in the village and can serve as a model for the village and support sustainable development goals.
